It's a real 5 star experience with staff that is always friendly and looking to see how they can do more. We especially want to point out Kaew who had connected ahead of time and solved every problem (e.g. airport transport, taxis, calling the airlines, recommending great things to do, etc'). We are on a long relocation and are considering going back through this hotel as the experience was so great for our entire family.

Lovely green garden, beautiful palm trees along the beach, fantastic beach views from both restaurants and one pool. Great massage at the spa, worth spending more money on than the ones outside. We enjoyed every day!
