We had everyday communication with her both in person and by WhatsApp messages. She is a wonderful and kind lady who speak English very well and loves her job. You feel really comfortable talking with her. Even we had no problem at all but it was a good feeling to know that someone eagerly is following up our stay. We were also invited to a luxury and compulsory dinner at the pier one night of our stay which gave the feeling of being special. Of other kind staff that we got very good experience : Emir and Yusuf at reception who acted professionally and kind, Cegdem, Murat, Beste, and many other. These people are the assets of the hotel that with their hard work keep the guests satisfied and happy. We hope to see them again next time we stay in Blue Marlin.
