It had a great shower, comfortable beds parking to fit a large SUV and it was very quiet. Coffee machine, a purified water tap and ice maker were provided. You will need a car as all the tourist spots are a drive away and can take a while in the LA traffic. From LAX it takes around 2 hours Mike was an excellent host and was available for us on the few occasions we needed him.
