The rooms are spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were outstanding friendly. The restaurant experience was not that much, CACAO pizza was delicious. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sapa and above the cloud.

We also had some amazing cocktails in their restaurant. - Massage and bath facilities were exceptional — especially the bath area, where the staff asked for feedback and literally implemented our suggestions the next day, which was absolutely incredible. The herbal bath there is an absolute must-try. - The hotel is in a very central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, making access very easy. - Staff were proactive and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect and relaxing.

What I liked: Everything was so clean and tidy, spacious room with big bed (they even offer me an upgrade room for free) hot shower never becoming cold (modern shower too) nice view for breakfast, jaccuzi and sauna and the staff was helpful when needed. There is not much to dislike but there is always room for improvement. Here is the only things I disliked.(and they are minor things): the music is repetitive (always the same 15 song playing in loop for 5 days, I knew the playlist perfectly). The piano in the lobby can be a nice touch for the style but a lot of kids are tempting to play on it and it can be heard for long time. The massage space is near to the piano and it was a bit hard to relax when kids were playing 😂. Last thing, it would be fun to have a bit more variety on the breakfast menu. Other than that, I would recommand this place for sure and I will come back next year ❤️

This is a really nice hotel! It’s beautiful as well as luxurious! We really enjoyed our stay! We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and Paula was absolutely amazing! She helped me plan a sweet surprise and set up a birthday cake in our room while we were out and about! He loved the surprise! Paula also booked us a massage in our room which was really nice! She was incredible and helped me with absolutely any question I had about hikes and activities! So not only is this a really lovely stay, but the staff are also incredible! I highly recommend!!

If you're seeking a nice, peaceful, and cozy place in the mountains, Peace Home is the best choice for you! I stayed 2 nights but wish to stay much longer. Away from the busy Sa Pa town (I rented a motorbike - more convenient than a taxi and gives more flexibility to explore the beautiful surroundings), with stunning views and comfortable rooms. The junior suite was a real treat for a solo backpacker 🤗 The owner makes you feel at home and provides you with everything you need - delicious food, laundry, strong wifi, hot water, and support with literally any question you have 😀 Thank you so much for everything!
