We absolutely loved everything about this place. The lodge is tastefully decorated and the landscape is beautifully maintained. The staff were amazing, from the gatekeeper to the reception and restaurant teams, always eager to help and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was also a pleasure to meet the owner, Tommy, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted us with planning private game drives and gave us great tips for our self-drive safari adventures. The breakfast box was extremely generous, very well packed and perfectly organised. It didn’t only include breakfast, but also more than enough food to enjoy a picnic lunch in Kruger. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations, and we can only say thank you to everyone at Sunbird Oasis Lodge.

At the guest house, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. This lodge is absolutely spectacular and very unique. Xavier, the owner, is phenomenal. Peter and I had great discussions with him. Lots of fun and laughter. He is an extremely interesting person. Superb food. Great surroundings. The "golden wildebeests" and the "kissing giraffe" on the property are very special. Noteworthy are the 1928 Bugatti and the Triumph motorcycle in the living room. There are vintage cars all over the property. I have never seen a more interesting place like the Hippomoon Lodge. As a world traveller I must admit that this is one of the most spectacular, interesting and fun place I have ever stayed at. Highly recommendable!!!!!! Thanks Xavier!

At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Staying in Lion Tree Top Lodge was an exclusive experience of our vacation. Starting from hospitality of lovely hosts and extremely delicious food from the chefs, to the lodge itself and all the atmosphere and animals in the surroundings. Magical! Hosts did organise game drives for us, which was very convenient . We absolutely recommend this place to everyone going to visit South Africa. Greetings to Savanna!

The restaurant serves traditional South African cuisine and a sparkling wine breakfast buffet. We booked here on the spur of the moment, and it did not disappoint. Our favorite part of the night we spend here was the game drive and "bush bar" and the amazing dinner overlooking the lodge pool. The food is out of this world! Each dinner guest gets there own waiter and they are well trained and attentive. The room was luxurious, and the overall decor very tasteful. We loved all the "African" touches, sculptures, walkways and art. We are so glad we took a chance to visit and would do it again.

All our suites are air-conditioned and architecturally designed offering modern comforts in an ancient setting. Each suite is provided with a private wooden deck, Jacuzzi, lounge area and an outside shower for those who are adventurous at heart. It was the most amazing experience! Lizzie and her staff are super thoughtfull! The food was out of this world! The staff was super friendly and would not measure efforts to see you super satisfied, specially Patricia, that welcomed us and kept checking on us everiday! The driver Shad and the tracker Dion were unstopable, until we got the big 5 complete, they would not rest! Our housekeeper Sindile were very sweet, leaving us super cute notes everyday!! The instalantions were super confortable and we will sure come back more times!
