PhilippinesThe customer service of this hotel is top notch. Gym is spacious with everything you need for a nice workout. There is an Illy coffee machine in the room and good quality toiletries. There is also a very nice onsite restaurant aside from others that are within the vicinity. The location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations, restaurants, money exchange, shopping center. This hotel is one reason I would go back to Vancouver.

PolandThe room was very nice. The location was ideal on Robson street. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna also. The reception and concierge were very nice and helpful with the parking and finding restaurants.

At the end of Denman Street which has a vibrant cafe scene...
At the end of Denman Street which has a vibrant cafe scene and a cute Irish pub. The art on the foreshore is captivating. The statues in various poses were something I could enjoy. My aunt taste is for reality rather than surrealism and modernism.

It's a beautiful new modern unit with stylish and high end finishes, plus stunning views of both English Bay and Vancouver Harbour, overlooking the West End, in a very walkable area. Parking included is a nice bonus. The bidet toilet was great!

Great location- close to Metro and the lively Yaletown restaurant district. Walk to harbour ferries for Granville Island, English Bay etc. Spotless, modern and luxurious linens and bath. A welcome glass of chilled rose sets the tone. Valet parking at entry

Great location in English Bay, near restaurants, shops, coffee, supermarket, beach, photo opportunities. From the Sands, we walked to Granville Market and rented bikes just over the road to explore Stanley Park and False Creek. We even walked from The Sands to Gastown. This place was more affordable than many other downtown Vancouver hotels

Great location in downtown- walking distance to most of the attractions. 1- English bay and second beach which is the perfect location for sunset viewing; 2- the dock to take water taxi to Grandville island; 3- Stanley park and the street with bicycle rental shops; 4- free shuttle bus pick up location to Capilano park. Lots of restaurants, cafes and convenient shops nearby. Gastown, Chinatown are a bit further away, but still walkable. The hostel is clean, with friendly and helpful staffs. Simple breakfast is provided

My son lives in the property right next to Landmark On Robson so for us the location is absolutely ideal. In fact over the past 5 years we’ve watched the property being built. Obviously everything is brand new so the property is in immaculate condition. We also love that everything is on your doorstep or within a 15 minute walk. Stanley park, the harbour, English bay and the city centre are just minutes away.

I was impressed with this hotel. It does look kind of old fashioned inside but it was great value for money and it had everything we needed and more. We had the junior suite, it, was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff (front desk (day and night) and cleaner) were really helpful and friendly. We had to extend our stay and they accommodated us in the same room. Lots of food outlets on the same road and the English Bay beach too. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.
