I don’t have enough words to say for the front desk they guys are amazing and so helpful and they speak good English they are happy to help you with everything the room was very clean little bit small but was nice. The location is very good.

The hotel is new, with modern decor and many exceptional details, from the staff uniforms to the fact that we can choose the room’s air freshener. It has an incredible charm. Lovely hotel and located in a fantastic area to discover Shanghai. Wonderful and very helpful staff especially at the reception. Special mention to Mrs. Constanze and Mr. Robin from the front desk which helped us so much to discover the city and gave us precious advice on where to go and what to do. Special thanks to them both. The room was excellent nothing was missing to feel well. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, all in all a great experience in a great city.
