Qin and Melody are wonderful persons and extremely helpful, especially that we don't speak Chinese, taking the time to check with the air company when it appeared that there was some issue with the tickets until it was fixed, providing a very professional driver who took care of every details until checked in. The huge 2 rooms apartment with terrace over the lake is simply perfect!

The hotel was nice and cozy, spacious room. The breakfast was nice and vegetarian. The staff was really helpful, they help organize the Li river's cruise and even they helped us organize the trip to Longsheng rice fields with private driver. It was really good price for the service in comparison to GetYourGuide and also quality was perfect. They are really helpful and will go extra mile to make your stay better.

The hotel is very easy to find. There is a large square and a lake in front of it. It takes only five minutes to walk to Reed Flute Cave. The hotel is very quiet with beautiful scenery and fresh air. The hotel staff are very warm and attentive. The Guilin rice noodles for breakfast are very delicious.

Had a great stay here for two people. A short taxi ride out of the city centre and in walking distance to Reed Flute Cave. The hotel receptionist Xiao Ming was very helpful and friendly and went out of his way to assist us with ordering taxis and answering all our questions. It was our first time in mainland China and we had a great time in Guilin.

Super nice staff, Melody was very helpful. The room was spacious with very nice decor. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Reed Flute Caves and there were complimentary bikes to cycle around with. Breakfast was very good as was the dinner menu. It was lovely and peaceful. We loved it here!!

The guesthouse is located in a more quiet part of Guilin, but only a short taxi ride from the center and in walking distance of the reed flute cave. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the service is among the best I've ever had. The host took her time to help me plan my entire stay in Guilin including booking a river cruise and the bus ride to the docks. This made everything much easier and I got to make the most out of a few days. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for my next trip to Guilin.

Melody took care of us wholeheartedly. Our accommodation came with complimentary breakfast with Chinese and Western. The hostel is strategically located near Reed Flute cave just by 15 mins walk. The view is stunning with mountain and lake view. Will definitely come again if I visit Guilin!

We had a great stay at the Guilin Village Creek. The staff is super friendly and happy to help you book activities. The food options in the restaurant are great, and they have Western and vegetarian options. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the Reed Flute Cave, which is a lot more quiet than the city. We rented bikes for a day to get into the city which is less than 20 mins away and safe enough for tourists, especially with the new bike roads around the village. Would definitely recommend!

Located outside the city in a charming small village near key visiting areas (20’ from the Reed Flute Cave walking through a nice walking path). Very modern while keeping an authentic charm. Extremely clean. High western standards in a Chinese culture. The staff was incredibly helpful - helped booking taxis, brought us to the cave, very flexible to prepare dinner last minute. We had three kids and loved the staff and the hotel.

Michelle and her staff went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best we experienced during our 3 weeks across China. They booked trips, took us to get tickets, got medicine delivered and held our luggage overnight when we stayed in a nearby town for one night. The room is lovely and the newly opened restaurant's food is delicious. Location is stunningly beautiful and it is in walking distance to the reed flute cave. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so special.

A charming boutique hotel with traditional decoration and modern facilities. Nice breakfast served in the morning. The hotel is a pleasant walk away from the Reed Flute caves but requires transportation to reach the city center. The hotel arranged for someone to pick me up at the railway station. The driver arrived a few minutes late but arrived and brought me to the hotel.
