A wonderful accommodation on the Potsdamer Platz. Great, spacious and very-well-equipped suite. Comfy bed with a multiple choice of pillow and blanket options. Exceptionally nice and spacious bathroom with both huge tub and walk-in shower. Nice big balcony. Well-equipped and fully-stuffed kitchenette. Very clean and tidy. Quiet and with good blinds. Very nice and attentive staff. Very decent breakfast in a nice restaurant. Finally, a great lobby bar with tasty and interesting cocktails.

Lovely place to spend the day in.

Lovely place to spend the day in. Shopping is on the high end but there are other fun things to do other than shopping anyway e.g Panorama Punkt and after seeing the view, you can have coffee or beer right at the cafe at the top (very reasonably priced cakes and drinks). Or grab some street food at the food court nearby and there's also GameState, a huge arcade that would be very fun for younger people.

Big buildings, centrally located, well connected by train...

Big buildings, centrally located, well connected by train and tram, very urban and lots of convenience. Visit the mall of Berlin for anything you need including groceries. there is a another mall by the Sony center with a good drugstore. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

If you have the opportunity to pop to the pizza: pasta place called Viapiano you won’t be disappointed. The ordering system might be a bit confusing as you can order via app at table pr via electronic screens that you can select language of English or German. The staff are very friendly and help

Try to book a night appointment! Less people, more time to soak in the audio, more lights to get different view of the skyline, surrounding buildings and most of all, extra time picture-taking and posing!

We booked two Apartments. Each was spacious and clean and in a good location. Very comfortable. Apartments were close to nice restaurants, metros, Brandenberg Gate, Potsdamer Platz etc. They had good amenities including washing machine and fridge, oven etc. Overall I would recommend a stay in these apartments as good value. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay

Had a nice stay at Ibis Budget Potsdamer platz. The property is very conveniently located, the rooms were quite spacious, clean and cheap — well worth the money we paid. The service was friendly too — we were allowed an early check-in, and the receptionist also promptly helped with some hot water to drink when we asked. Overall, we had a good experience staying here, and would highly recommend this to other fellow travellers on a budget.

The staff was very nice,a nice guy from Serbia (as i remember his name was Mike,if wrong i'm sorry) he was a brilliant person and friend!Im sure he'll be loved by everyone:) Breakfast was very nice,tasty and it has a good variety for both vegetarians and vegans and also German kitchen The room was comfy and very clean,warm,,bathroom was nice,water was warm and good. The Hotel is very close to ubahn and potsdamer platz very easy to arrive at the airport also. I loved Grimms!I'll prefer again be sure!

Seeing historic buildings like the Reichstag &...

Seeing historic buildings like the Reichstag & Brandenburg gate are a must if you are interested in history. Also things like the Victory Column (Siegessaule), checkpoint Charlie & the sections of the Berlin wall are fascinating. Berlin is a city full of wonderful gothic buildings & I recommend a guided boat trip down the Spree to see some of them & give some ideas of what else to visit. There are some modern buildings worth seeing too like the iconic TV tower in old East Berlin & the very modern, but stylish Potsdamer Platz built very close to the former wall.
