What a fantastic experience with Diego as our host! His authentic hospitality was truly refreshing and made our stay unforgettable. Not only did he greet us with a warm welcome, but his humor added a fun and lively atmosphere to our time there. Moreover, the in-depth conversations we had with him were really enriching. Not only did Diego demonstrate a deep understanding of his surroundings, but he also shared valuable insights that made our trip even more fascinating. Also Rianne was top! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing, the beds are really comfy, the service is impeccable.

The room was amazing, with a huuuuge bathroom. Of course, you've seen the pool pictures, but it's even more amazing in person. There are actually two pools, and since they’re in the yard, it stays super warm there even when it’s windy outside. The sunshine would warm us up, and we could just lay on the tanning beds feeling suuuper cozy. The staff deserves an extra shout out for being super helpful and nice. I don’t know if anyone else can relate, but there was a sparkling water machine in the bar/coffee area, so I had access to unlimited sparkly water, yay :D free and nice coffee every morning too. The breakfast is made to order, which is really nice. The room was cleaned every day and so nicely, honestly the whole staff is super talented and seems to really enjoy what they do. In general, the hotel is in the historical center of Alcúdia, and it feels extra special to stay there. If I ever come back to Mallorca, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else honestly. And a small but very important thing - I accidentally left my necklace in a bathrobe, and they found it! They’re even posting it back to me. Just amazing service, I feel so lucky. 🧷 tip for pro hikers - visit the Platja des Coll Baix, hard to get to, but so worth it

great meal, nice and kind stuff, good location, nice rooms, with perfect service. Without children was great, but also not a party hotel, so really great accomodation
