Excellent location, very close to Diagonal metro station, walking distance to Passeig de Gracia, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, etc Tasty breakfast with delicious healthy options, as well as eggs made to order, pancakes, tiramisu, delicious home made cakes, etc. Convenient rooms with excellent beds and all the amenities you need. I love how they have dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc: environmentally friendly and convenient. Genuinely friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to the bar. I often travel for work and for fun, mostly in 4 and 5* hotels. While officially this is a 4-star hotel, it would easily pass as a 5-star hotel and in some ways surpasses 5-star hotels I've stayed in. If this is the region you want to be in in Barcelona, just book it. You won't be disappointed.
