We like this family run hotel. It makes a nice change from a chain establishment. We like the convenience of the bus into the town. The room was clean and the bed and bedding comfortable. Breakfast was good. And the tea/coffee/cakes available throughout the day were nice. Safe and easy parking.

Had a very pleasant surprise when we checked in and received an upgrade to a sea view suite on the 5th floor. Lovely large suite with superb views over the bay and beaches. Very clear instructions were provided to drive to the hotel through old town as GPS will take you the wrong way. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a great location in old town near the marina.

So close to the beach! We walked everywhere it was so beautiful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Outstanding location sorry I couldn’t have stayed longer. Breakfast was abundant with plenty to choose from. Staff were very attentive from the moment we stepped out of the car. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián.
