The staff and the location was great, the rooms were very clean and the beds are super comfortable!

The hotel was amazing. Great Location, walking distance to most attractions in Madrid. Metro station just outside the hotel or 2 minutes walking from the main metro station "SOL". The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Excellent staff willing to help with everything we needed.
