Beautiful view, comfortable bed, lovely location. No parking but you can drop luggage nearby and park in the car park which is walking distance. Easy walk to the pier too. An elevator nearby to go down the hill.

We liked the property very much. It is very clean, the towels are changed every day and they have very nice shampoo and body gel with smell of jasmine and bergamot, almost like five stars hotel. The position is central, very closed to the train and bus station. This was important to us as we took the train from Bastia to Ajaccio. You can also do a long walk to the Arinella beach, it takes less than hour by foot. The breakfast was very good, nice big croissants and brioche.

The hotel is in a great location, a short 5 minute walk up a gentle slope from the ferry terminal and a 2 minute walk to the railway station. The room was clean and quiet overlooking a tree lined street. The large double bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was value for money and suited our needs. The staff were excellent, very helpful with excellent customer service skills. An absolute great stay.

I loved everything about Hotel Central Bastia. It exceeded my expectation. My junior suite was much larger than expected with a living/kitchen, an exceptionally large and beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen had a microwave, electric kettle, frig, and even a dishwasher. The rooms, particularly the bedroom, were beautifully furnished. The views from the windows were of elegant buildings. I greatly enjoyed the art on the staircase. I didn't miss having an elevator because I was so interested in all the portraits on the walk upstairs. The location was perfect - a short walk from the train station and about 15 minutes from the port. An unexpected benefit was the beautifully furnished, large, sitting room on the ground floor. That and luggage storage meant that waiting for the ferry was a very pleasant experience - not at all what I was expecting. A big thank-you to the charming young woman and young man at reception who were so kind to me. Both had excellent English.
