Love everything about this hotel. Design, location next to big shopping mall and main train station. Bed is very comfy. Staff is also super helpful. I asked to leave my luggage days before check in and they have no problem with that (I travelled to Geneva and come back to Lyon).

Our experience was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon. Located in a charming and quiet neighborhood, our room was spotless, and the bed was a perfect 10/10 – we slept like babies! Francois is one of the best concierge that I have met in my travels by now; and overall the staff was very friendly, with a lot of attention to details. The city-view room was absolutely breathtaking at sunrise.
