The hotel building is beautiful, unique and very well preserved inside and out. My room, like the building, had a lot of character, it was quite large with a massive bed, Gastrobar food, service and atmosphere was excellent. I also really liked the hotel location right by the canal and just far enough away from the crowded, tourist areas of the city. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

It was the most wonderful hotel I’ve been to since ever. Such friendly atmosphere, wonderful relaxing bed, very clean, and the best breakfast, the eggs are soo good! It is in such a wonderful area as well.

ease of access was great, in our seats in minutes.

ease of access was great, in our seats in minutes. Sound and seats were very good and facilities generally were very good. Getting away after was seamless, with a queue for Luas very well organised and short wait time. Great experience overall, thanks to all staff inside and outside the venue.

Main reason was to go to a ed sheeran concert at the 3 arena and literally the 3arena is right next door, it was so convenient and close to everything. The hotel itself was nice and cosy and will be back for future events at the 3arena

The location is nice, it is not right in the city center, but with the LUAS (tram) you reach the city center very quickly. One has to note that the hotel is close to the 3arena, we were there at the weekend and a rap concert was at the 3arena, so there were many young people (between 15 and around 20) staying at the hotel. It was a bit of a nuisance.
