Everything was excellent, had a great, comfortable stay here. All staff were very courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Too many to mention by name but our thanks to all of them. The hotel arranged our Kanniyakumari trip, and our driver Simon was very courteous, friendly and a safe driver. Thank you Hyatt Regency for a very enjoyable stay.

Right from the security the hospitality was top notch. We had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was tasty. Restaurants are in walkable distance as well. We had a tasty banana chips. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely visit again.

Very famous vishnu temple, culture is good, but people are...

Very famous vishnu temple, culture is good, but people are not friendly, only business I think in that near area. In the temple we can't see the vishnu sleep position in the three rooms parts wise head, nabhi, legs of vishnu, the doors are very small and light is very low, we can't see the full God at a time and temple authority through us fastly without seeing full God is little bit dissatisfied.

Check the timing and day of your visit.

Check the timing and day of your visit. It could get really crowded and may take hours to get the Darshan of the Sanctum sanctorum. Buy the Rs. 50/- express ticket to jump the long queue. Rs. 500/- will get you almost instantly to the sanctorum with a pooja done. Everybody is required to wear a traditional dhoti including women and men. So, buy it in advance for Rs. 50/- from local shops or it is available for Rs. 75/- from the temple cloak room. Pajamas are not allowed. You are not allowed to carry anything (Except cash/pooja items) so, leave them at the cloak room or in the car. Men should be wearing dhoti and topless however a Angavastra is allowed, ladies can wear anything as long as they wrap a dhoti around the vest. Traditional women attire is recommended. Saree is automatically allowed.

Too crowded with no proper crowd management as well as some...

Too crowded with no proper crowd management as well as some really rude temple staff and security..my advice is to just visit the place for the novelty..(centuries old/majestic architecture/rich history/great wealth...) like some high security one time visit spot...and not for any religious/spiritual reasons..

Warm welcome from Mr Augustine and his staff. Beautifully clean bedroom/ associated bathroom. The breakfasts ( we had the Indian option) were great. We liked that the hotel was located on a quiet street close to the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple.
