Our stay at this hotel was just wonderful! From the first day we felt a warm welcome - the staff is very friendly and attentive. They often left us compliments and gave us lots of advice on where to go to get the most out of our vacation. It was a nice bonus that we were even offered aperol and beer as a gift - such little things create a special atmosphere. Special thanks to Francesco at the bar - very nice and friendly, always in a good mood. And also many thanks to Jenna at the reception - sincere, attentive and always ready to help! We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is drop-dead gorgeous, the rooms and the cozy common areas alike. The staff, though, were incredible - their level of service was exceptional for anywhere in the world, and such a treat. The staff was SO warm and friendly - more formal attitudes would have felt strange and stiff in such a small boutique hotel - and they tended to every little need and comfort. Check-in, aperitivo hour, breakfast, were all filled with special little gestures from the staff, with tips and advice on how to best enjoy Milan. Just an exceptional stay.

Great little hotel close to train station. Very clean, great bathroom and quiet. Small but for 3 we had room and it's only to sleep. Was offered complimentary waters which was much appreciated as we were hot from travelling. Coffee making facilities to start our day plus little cakes available. On checking out we were also offered a cafe. Would definately recommend.
