The room was very spacious, with walls painted with animal-themed decorations. The room is equipped with a minibar and a jacuzzi. The cleaning services were impeccable. In terms of location, it's quite central, although Lucca has a fairly large old town.

I liked very much that the breakfast had many local products and you could prepare fresh orange juice by yourself! Also cappuccino was prepared freshly when you were asking for it. The room was very spacious and quiet, and the staff was very polite and willing to help!

Hotel is in city centre, very easy to find. The receptionist ms, Milva was such a great advice!!! Ask her for advices for Lucca, she knows everything about Lucca. Also, the restaurant of the hotel, you can eat very very good with economic prices. We were very much surprised!! I will for sure go back to the same hotel.

Worth it. +/-€6 pp. no elevator, verry narrow stairs at the end. Planted trees on the top and gives a unique experience and great for photos. Not a lot of room to manoeuvre because of the trees. Go when it's not busy is recommend.

Loved everything about the place, great little terrace with special rooftop view of the iconic Guinigi tower; well equipped; comfortable; good air-conditioning. Quirky layout but it works. Brilliant location.

We loved the location of the property. Great view of the Guinigi Tower. Great communication between myself and Bianca & Georgio. So very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. The apartment was very cosy, clean with a lovely outdoor terrace.
