The room was beautiful, especially the wide spa bathtub. The bed was comfortable and wide. The breakfast was full and tasty, especially the locally sourced honey. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags in the lobby after checking out, as we walked around Lucca for the afternoon.

Palazzo Dipinto is a beautiful hotel-thoroughly modern in decor with the charm of an old property. The staff are very friendly and helpful; that made our stay truly extraordinary. Wonderful hotel in a great location. We had a family room, which was 2 rooms adjoining. Lots of space for a family of 4. Fabulous breakfast included and all the staff members were very attentive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.
