The reception staff is very helpful, particularly, Mr. Davide, I greatly appreciate his help. He was well organised, he knew the answer for every question and found a resolution for every sudden situation (e.g. an unexpected strike of public transport). The hotel was very convenient for me: quiet and cosy, I could really relax after my conference. The breakfast is not available in the hotel but guests are offered a coffee /tea, juice, fruit and small snacks in the morning. This information is provided along with booking, so I was not disappointed but satisfied with the morning coffee in the hotel.

The hostel was near Bologna metro station, just three stops from downtown, which made it very convenient for getting around Rome. The hostel was nice and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and talkative. I will definitely choose this hostel again the next time I stay in Rome.

I was here a week with my friend who is also 21 and we felt so safe and well looked after by everyone in the city and in bologna where we stayed. Everyone was always so helpful and polite. We felt truly comfortable.
