Location was ideal for me: at the railway (and bus?) station and at the beginning of the main shopping street which leads to the historical centre. My room faced this busy street and in the room was silence. It is also ideal for discovering other places in the area like Paestum, Amalfi or Pompeii ! Breakfast was good.

Everyone made sure we felt as welcomed as possible. Antonio from the restaurant made our dinner special with his food and wine suggestions and we had really pleasant conversations any time we encountered him. Front office staff acknowledged it was my fiancee's birthday and did a trick with welcome drinks so they had time to upgrade our room and send a birthday cake along with a bottle of prosecco. It was a touching moment for my fiancee and we are definitely coming back.

Hotel Raito is on a hilltop with views of Salerno Bay and the Amalfi Coast. Near the A3 Motorway exit, it offers free parking and a shuttle to Vietri sul Mare.

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here in room Minerva. The building is simply stunning and my room was very comfortable and clean. The wifi was great, supplied breakfast sufficient and a great shower. There are lots of resturants and bars within walking distance and a small laundrymat also. I found Bruno to be very responsive to my messages, and would highly recommend Palazo Dogana for accommodations.
