Very spacious apartment, plenty of space for our 3 big luggages, complete kitchen utensils, separate toilet, washing machine and clothes drying facilities inside the bathroom are fantastic. Very nice quiet street right next to busy Shinjuku. Easy to find, subway line right around corner. Very narrow as it is in Tokyo and you have to be ready to sleeping on second floor loft, not for everyone. Felt like in true urban Japan because of atmosphere, the neighborhood

Namba station exit 12 brought is straight to hotel and that was really unexpected 😀 and we didnt have to cross the road etc. Complete amenities in the bathroom. And family mart is in the building bery convenient . Short walk to Dotonburi. And will surely consider staying here again if there is an opportunity to visit Osaka.
