DenmarkGreat breakfast choices, staff is polite and always ready to help, all info translated to English, staff speaks English. We were able to check-in earlier even we didn't ask for this. Location is great, near the G and A metro lines. There is great street with many shops and places to eat. 1 minute from Sumida river. 15 mins from Tokyo SkyTree. Located in touristic area. All were great. Next time I'm in Japan, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

CanadaWe were really lucky and got a room on the 10th floor with a view of Senso-ji Temple and the sky tree. Our room had 2 single beds and a sitting area with couch and table. It was perfect for our needs. I really appreciated the view as I was too tired to explore on 2 afternoons and was comfortable staying in this room. We rented LUUP bikes to get to the sky tree and a sumo practice venue. Although the front desk is on the second floor, there was someone outside to help travelers with onward transportation. This neighborhood is very walkable for restaurants, shopping, etc. We used our breakfast coupon most days in the sister Asakusa View hotel as their breakfast buffet is bigger and has a 26th floor view. Amazing!

Set above a station so is easy to find.
Set above a station so is easy to find. Unfortunately the day we went as very wet and cloudy and the Skytree observation was clouded in, so we were advised not to go up by the attendant. Disappointing.

Loved it here! We had lunch at the Kirby Cafe. Reservations are a challenge, but worth it for the incredibly themed place and food. (Watch YouTube videos for reservation tips.) The shopping was so fun! A Kirby store, Pokemon Center, Marvel store, and a Harry Potter Pop-up store were favorites. You could easily spend all day shopping!

The best spot to get a city view, and you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day. THE best attraction for 360 degree views and worth the fee. I wouldn't bother with any of the other fee paying viewing attractions, like the Tokyo Tower of Fuji Observatory. Go for sunset. There's no time limit for staying up there and it has a bar. Not many places to sit down

Tip 1: Take the 1st batch of the day. It will be little crowd and you can have plenty space and time to take photo. The staff will not chase you out.
Tip 2: Alternatively, can choose between evening and spare about 2 hours to experience day view and night view.

The decision to do the galleria (combo) was somewhat difficult. To justify the additional cost, and after reading reviews that suggested buildings become blurry at that height.
I can confirm that although impressive at 450 meters, it did not feel more special than at 350 meters. The definition of the city became diminished at that height. However, the separate elevator did add to the experience.
If you are likely to get FOMO, just book the combo (if not, you will pay a premium there). If you cannot justify paying more than necessary to enter - take comfort knowing your aren't missing out on too much.

Tokyo Skytree has the highest observation decks in the city, but that is basically all. It can become very crowded and it is quite far from most interesting places. I enjoyed the outdoor observation platform of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower much more for example and other nice observation decks are even free.

A beautiful hotel right next to Tokyo Skytree and the train station. Location was excellent with lots of restaurants and shops near by. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the main lobby a comfortable space to recharge after a busy sightseeing day.

The location was great to explore the area and wider Tokyo. It was great to be able to have breakfast at the sister hotel (Asakusa View Hotel). The lounge on 10th floor was a great place to unwind after a day exploring Tokyo. We spent NYE in the hotel and although this was a busy area, the windows are quite good and we could barely hear any noise from the street below. We had an amazing view over the temple and Tokyo Skytree.

Good location and good size for a family of 4. Close to Ginza Line, Tokyo Skytree and lots of food options. Outside the man hustle and bustle of Asakusa, but only 5 minute walk to main areas. Had luggage storage. Close to 7-11.

Perfect location for our stay. Large enough to comfortably fit all 15 of our family. The rooftop area was a highlight. Amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree, especially for New Year’s Eve. We would happily stay here again

The things here are very good, the kitchen is very well equipped and the toilet already has a travels kits available if needed. I would say that the location is very good, it’s nearby the station, has a good view to Tokyo Skytree if you’re heading home and is placed in beautiful neighborhood.

Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We thought the size of the room was fairly good for Tokyo and we loved that it had its own washer dryer! Rooftop area was cute too with nice views of Tokyo Skytree. Liked the area as it was a bit out of the madness and the train station was a 2 min walk from the hotel.
