We are traveling around the world but our experience in hotel Pacai was one of the best ever. We booked De Luxe room but hotel give to us free upgrade to one of the best and most expencive room in whole hotel. That was the most beautiful room that we ever seen. I can say only one word to everything in this hotel. Amazing. This is the most positive recension that I ever made for last 30 years. Thank you for everything ❤️

I liked the location: about 15-20 mins by foot from bus station. and just next to Hales market (with interesting food court solution). I have received all the important data like entrance door number and check out instructions in advance, so I didn't stress looking or asking for info.

Convenient location(railway station, central bus station, local bus stops, Hales Market, supermarket, eating spots, cafes, the historical area) but basically calm and pleasant locality. The management sent us the information to enter the building before a few days of the arrival. No need to meet anyone during the stay(they gave the contact number for the support) . Enough and helpful. Simple and enough furniture and equipments.
