The people at the reception were very kind and very helpful. I really liked the coffee machine. I greatly appreciated the free coffee and hot water for tea. The hotel provides pots and dishes so you can prepare and have your own meals. The building is beautiful. There is good transportation nearby. That area is awesome! There are various stores, restaurants, etc. Also, the Litterature House, across the street has a great café and a bookstore. Next time I'm in Oslo, I would like to be back at this hotel. Highly recommended!
