The hotel was much better than expected. Instead of a simple room, we got a whole apartment that was separated from other guests, which gave us a lot of privacy and comfort. Everything was very clean, and we received bottled water every day, which was a nice detail. Check-in and check-out were extremely fast and uncomplicated. We didn’t have much communication with the staff, but whenever we did, they were polite and helpful. The location was also excellent. Everything you could need was only a few minutes away, and although it was close to the city center, the area wasn’t overcrowded or noisy.

The Hotel MDM City Centre is located just 200 metres from the Politechnika Metro Station and overlooks the Warsaw’s famous Constitution Square. It features rooms with free WiFi, satellite TV.

Room was very large with table and sofa. Plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom modern with strong, hot shower! Main positive was how quiet the room was - we asked for the quietest and the view was internal facing which was fine as we wanted quiet. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options and constantly refreshed when supplies ran low Staff were super helpful and gave advice on where to go for food and shopping. Would definitely come back

The 5-star Sheraton Grand Warsaw with its newly renovated lobby and on-site restaurants is a great place for both business and leisure.

Rooms were fantastic. Comfortable, modern and clean. Equipped with everything one would need. Location was also extremely good, close to popular areas, nearby public transport and located in the downtown area. Breakfast was the best, a la carte, with great taste. I want to also thank the staff at the restaurant, all of them. They were great and patient with us. Super friendly and open to chat.
