Everything was better than expected. There was a lovely card and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in our room!!! The room was spacious and looked like the pictures. We were 3 and had 3 single beds. The bathroom is spacious and has heated floor. The train station is 1-minute away. Direct train to different locations: airport, salt mine, Auschwitz. Walking distance to everywhere. The breakfast is great with a nice selection of cold and warm dishes, a lot of fresh fruits and pastries, bread, cakes. Only the coffee could be espresso, but it was compensated by the fresh fruit juice.

Great place to visit lots of information on the build up to...

Great place to visit lots of information on the build up to World War 2 If you go on the tour , you skip the queue , but the tour has at least 20 people and it’s too cramped to hear what the guide is saying If possible make your own way round and everything the guide tells you is documented on the walls

Very interesting, although the queue outside was horrendous so arrive early . There are tour guides if you don’t feel you can do the tour without one but it really isn’t necessary. There are exhibits are very informative and lots of reading is required don’t forget your glasses !

More focused on the invasion of Kraków and Jewish...

More focused on the invasion of Kraków and Jewish persecution that the factory history itself (as per movie) so not as appealing for kids but still very interesting. Book ahead online and check with a tour operator like Viator etc if the museum itself has no tickets available as there are still some available through 3rd parties.
