This was definitely the best place I stayed in South Africa. The bed was comfortable, the food was amazing, the stars were incredible and the staff were divine. I arrived with no food and no transport and they bent over backwards to make sure I was thoroughly taken care of the entire time. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely and cosy stay near the bank of the Sunday River, with private access to the riverfront. The delicious breakfast was a great start to our day, and the good option of river cruise kept everyone entertained. We enjoyed our stay with the family, and the kids had a wonderful time too!

We liked our lodge and its setting. The afternoon game drive was great especially seeing the giraffes close up and feeding the lovely Lucy. A real treat. We only stayed for 1 night but the facilities were excellent, bar, restaurant, games room and small pool. It was also possible to walk around the area a bit.

Just 12 km from the Addo Elephant Park, these African style huts have luxurious interiors and a shared swimming pool.

Candice met us on arrival, she was the perfect host, warm and friendly and a lovely personality. The lodge was in a lovely garden setting. Our standard rondawel room was clean and comfortable, the shower was good with hot water. Emilia looked after us very well. The breakfast and evening meals were good with plenty of choice and Lorraine and Yomela looked after us, nothing was too much trouble . Tea and cake was served in the afternoon and the outside fire was lit so you could sit and enjoy a drink before dinner. We enjoyed a day self driving in Addo elephant park which wasn't far away.
