Danta Corcovado Lodge har bibliotek, gratis WiFi på fællesområderne samt stor have. Der serveres te og kaffe fra kl. 06.00 til 22.00. We liked absolutely everything at the Danta Corcovado lodge, it was actually our best accommodation so far in Costa Rica. The service is great, the food is amazing at both breakfast and dinner, the room is something special , the territory of the lodge is quite large, has many trails around the lodge, the location is close to the beach. Breakfast had 5 or 6 different choices to choose from. The design is very modern, a lot of creativity. Large room. No need for AC, the room doesn't have windows but has mosqueto nets. There is a possibility to take tours from that place but we didn't so can't comment. We stayed here on the way back from the Corcovado overnight Serena tour. If I could rate it higher than 10 I would gladly do it! Next time we will plan to stay in this place for longer.

We had toucans in the tree next to our casita the entire 2 days. There was a spectacle of monkeys and coati feeding from a tree next to our casita both mornings and evenings.

Location in the trees of the Costa Rican jungle, perfectly private, outdoor cold (but not too cold) shower under trees. Wildlife in abundance, from howler and spider monkeys in the trees above the cabin; to agoutis, leaf-cutter ants, various lizards and amphibians, crabs below it, plus stunning butterflies, toucans and scarlet macaws - one wonder after another. Christian is a kind, helpful, professional bilingual host, extremely knowledgeable about the flora and fauna, first-class tour guide and able to fix anything. Meals all prepared from fresh ingredients. My favorites were the breakfast fruits and dinners with avocados and freshly-caught fish. All staff was friendly and accommodating. It was the most peaceful, rejuvenating week I've ever had.

Kinkajoungalows - Amaya Family, Drake Bay, Osa Peninsula ligger i San Pedrillo og har udsigt til en have, restaurant, en udflugtsskranke, bar, have og terrasse. We have been home 2 weeks but we are still dreaming about our stay at Kinkajoungalows. From start to finish the stay was perfect. A welcome committee of strong men met our boat from Sierpe to help with our luggage. We were looked after like this for the whole of our stay by the perfect hosts. The family team never imposed on our privacy and were very discreet but were always available when we needed any help. Samuel was incredibly helpful and responsive providing answers to all our questions. The lovely little bungalows are well positioned for each guests privacy and with balconies overlooking the jungles.Just sitting on the balcony we saw Monkeys, Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, a Tapir and an anteater. The rooms are perfectly comfortable , nicely decorated and very well equipped. We loved the location just a few steps from a secluded paradise beach, where you could lay in a hammock to enjoy a cocktail and watch the fabulous sunsets. We didn't venture very far as the immediate area was so wonderful that we didn't want to to rush around,. We wanted to enjoy the relaxed mood and savour the moment. We simply relaxed , enjoyed the simple home cooked food., ad being looked after by the staff. We are now desperate to return and hope to have the opportunity to spend more time there to further explore the area, or simply enjoy this very special place ! A thank you to Kenya who helped me out by giving me a tube of Aloe Vera Gel when I stupidly got sunburnt on the snorkeling trip to Canos islands.

Four Monkeys Eco Lodge - Jungle & Beach ligger 1 minutters gang fra Playa Tamales Strand og tilbyder indkvartering med et privat strandområde, en terrasse og et fælles køkken. The place was amazing. Only 6 rooms so quiet, nice remote feeling. Brand new, amazing half outdoor kitchen with all the stuff you need. Rooms were spacious and comfy, beach right in front with pretty much no one else around. Staff super friendly and helpful as well.

Finca Kobo ligger i Palo Seco og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, swimmingpool, en have, en terrasse og udsigt til en have. Nogle enheder har balkon og/eller gårdhave med bjergudsigt. Finca Kobo is beautifully located in the nature. In the morning we walked around the finca and encountered many monkeys. Staff very nice. Would definitely recommend and come back next time.

El Remanso Rainforest Lodge ligger indenfor 6 minutters gang fra Playa Matapalo Strand og har restaurant, en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og et privat strandområde. Knowledgeable guides led us to great wildlife sightings - sloth, anteater, 3 kinds of monkeys, agouti, coati, and so many beautiful birds. All staff members are friendly and efficient. Dining area is beautiful and restful with great views. We hated to leave and would love to return.

Another unforgettable part of our stay was our guided tour of Corcovado National Park. Our guide was outstanding knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about the local environment. His deep respect for nature and keen eye for spotting wildlife made the experience truly remarkable. We learned so much about the park’s rich biodiversity, and his insightful commentary added a whole new layer of appreciation for the incredible beauty around us. This retreat is a haven for those looking to unwind, connect with nature, and experience a bit of adventure in one of Costa Rica’s most stunning regions. We left feeling refreshed and inspired. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a peaceful yet enriching getaway.
