Absolutely gorgeous setting, high up above the village of Hope and close to the ascent to Win Hill. This little cabin is located on a charming hillside, with sheep and lambs coming up to the gate to say hello. Very idyllic and quiet at night (save for the bleating lambs!) with a gorgeous view south across the valley. There is a little barbecue and outside seating area to take it all in. The cabin itself is compact, but clean and with everything you need for a quirky couple of nights' stay. Would absolutely book again.

Bagshaw Lodge ligt in het pittoreske stadje Bakewell in het Peak District. This place was fabulously clean and cozy. And quiet. We loved it. The view from our window, overlooking the town of Blackwell, was stunning. You will love this place if you can find it... it took us a couple tries. It's up the hill from a beautiful old church onto on a small street you may miss the first time. When you reserve the place you might ask them to e or text you a little map of where to turn at the end. If you're traveling by cab or hired car, I'm sure they won't have any problem. Don't let this put you off... Bagshaw Lodge is great!

The Laburnum Retreat Shepherd Hut private hot Tub beschikt over uitzicht op de bergen, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een balkon, op 16 km van Buxton Opera House. Excellent location, great ammenities and instructions from owners. Very comfortable stay, i wish we could have stayed longer.

The Old Nag's Head ligt in Edale, aan het begin van de Pennine Way, in het prachtige Peak District. Het charmante 16e-eeuwse pand beschikt over een eigen bekende pub. Centrally located at start of Pennine Way with easy access to multiple hiking routes minutes from Edale train station. Accommodation was right beside the Nags Head with a great menu. Staff were just amazing - Mrs Doyle especially! Accommodation was always warm as the cold weather came in.

Kids loved the beds :) the girl at the reception was very helpful, we arrived late and still we were welcomed and nothing was a problem . Its great that you can just call any take away in town and it gets,delivered to your door.
