It is walkable from the station and nearby (old) Periyar bus stand -- but you have to walk about 250m on a side road (off the main road), which does not have street lightning at night. * It is a homestay; there were 4 apts on my floor, each with 2 rooms (sep. keys, bath, etc) and a common dining+kitchen. * It is a new facility - as of now, the kitchen is not equipped. * Since it is in a residential neighborhood, it is quiet; No road noise at all! * I reached at 11pm and the front desk was open. This is very important since many homestay places dont operate late night. * A Call center responds whenever you call; they also call ahead of time to confirm and remind of the stay. * In the morning to catch my train, I was going to walk. Since I hurt my knee that morning, the staff member dropped me at the station on his 2-wheeler. That was very nice of him.

Very pleasant place with fencing. Rooms were neat. Owner talked very decent and polite. Actually I have booked for 1 night but due to illness I left after 3h. I told to owner he understood and refunded some amount. It's great gesture from him. He spoke to us like well wisher. Thanks much for your hospitality. Highly recommended for stay here.

Starwin Residency ligger i Ramanathapuram og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi og fladskærms-tv samt et fælles opholdsområde. This is the best hotel I have visited so far in India. Before the trip, the owner gave a lot of advice about visiting Rameswaram via WhatsApp. We checked in after midnight and the administration said that we could check out 24 hours later, and not on the same day as in other hotels. When we entered the hotel building, I was surprised how clean and modern it was, beautiful design. The room was very cozy, with new modern furniture, clean. The same goes for the bath. Cockroach balls and aromatic sachets were laid out in the bathroom. They also gave us 2 bottles of water and a hygiene kit: comb, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, aromatic talcum powder and coconut oil. There was also AC. There were some dark stains on the pillowcase, but this was forgivable and I always take my own pillowcase with me. The location is convenient - there is a supermarket nearby and incoming tourist buses stop a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Bus stop and train station are 20 minutes walk away. This hotel and service are definitely worth the money and I would really like the administration to also carefully monitor the cleanliness and service in the future.

The temple gopuram view from the lodge was really beautiful and peaceful. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall everything was well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay here — highly recommended for anyone visiting this area! 🙌

Suganya Lodge ligger i Virudunagar, 50 km fra Meenakshi-templet og 18 minutters gang fra Virudunagar Junction Railway Station, og har en terrasse. Not comfortable for me being a professional
