Pumarinri Amazon Lodge biedt accommodatie in Chazuta, tegenover de rivier de Huallaga en beschikt over een buitenzwembad en een restaurant. As far as jungle stays go this was unreal! The hotel is outstanding! The location is so beautiful, and the lodges are all so nice. Keep the doors shut to keep the bugs out. Nice to sit on the balcony, watching the river and the cloud forests was magical. The pool was also great! Food was possibly some of the best we ate our entire trip. We were not expecting the food to be SO GOOD! Yes, there are bugs - as someone from the UK this was a hilarious experience as I have never seen crickets and grasshoppers this size before so kept the staff entertained when I would scream at them landing on me :) But this was one of the highlights of the trip. We did a river tour - the guides speak mainly Spanish, but you can still get the jist even if your Spanish is extremely basic (like ours). We also had a translator who was volunteering at the hotel who came along so that was helpful! We saw a sloth on the boat trip, that was really special. Lots of birds and saw some tiny monkeys too.

The accommodation is incredibly comfortable and clean, making it perfect for anyone working remotely—it’s the ideal spot to focus and recharge. The staff are incredibly welcoming, with the biggest hearts, and they truly make you feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to the experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the heart of the Amazonia. Highly recommend! 😇🤍
