We stayed here as a family of 4 - parents and teenage boys. We had 2 excellent rooms. The home was lovely, including the rooms and the social space downstairs- the breakfast area and the awesome honesty bar, plus the outdoor space. The breakfast was excellent and very generous, including fresh homemade soda bread and cakes! Best of all, the hosts live next door and are a lovely Irish / Slovak family. They were very friendly and always happy to advise on activities and places to go. That was greatly appreciated and really helped us to make the most of our time. The local area has beautiful countryside and walks, plus places like huge caves (amazing) and you can get a cable car up Chopok mountain for an excellent walk on the top.

This property was tucked away in the mountains, just perfect for walking and exploring. If you want peacefulness and fabulous surrounding this is for you. we dunked in the river in the property garden to cool down. Just lovely and Peter the owner was so helpful and kind. Just note there is only a little coop and a bar and a pizza restaurant here but with a car you can get to larger towns.

Impeccably clean and with warm welcoming hosts. We enjoyed our time here and they were very flexible to accommodate our group. The house is set in a very quiet and picturesque location that is at the same time right in the heart of the village centre. Highly recommended stay here. Thanks Family Skerda. Totally enjoyed our time there.

Our stay was very quiet but there was only one other room occupied and the walls are made of wood so experience might differ. There is also a shared kitchen in the basement, but we haven't ventured.
