Great location and well equiped for short or Long stays. Heating facility and fire place is big plus. BBQ, laundery and lifts facilities are very pleasent.

We can only confirm what other reviews are mentioning as well and rate this stay as exceptionnal. We had booked this stay as a sleepover on the way to Sequoia NP and didn't pay a lot of attention to the details or reviews, and only realized that this is a homestay when we arrived. We immediately felt welcome in Rosi and Carlos' home. Even though we only spent a night we loved it and had a great time/fun and conversations with Rosi and the other couple that was staying there. Rosi's hospitality is remarkable, she really goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home. Can definitely recommend. Also, accomodation was perfect and clean, the bed was VERY comfortable! Thanks once again Rosi and Carlos, wish you all the best and we hope to be able to stay over again one day!

Friendly welcome, doggie came to say hi too and gave us a lick 😄 Very cozy, comfy suite with separate bathroom all nicely decorated. Free toiletries and complimentary coffee. Good sized fridge, microwave and free WiFi. Parking on street right outside. Friendly town with riverside park and a few restaurants/ coffee shops for dining. Garden out the front with decked area and plenty of seating with BBQ.

The room was spacious, the bed was ridiculously comfortable and it was dead silent at night so naturally deep sleep ensued and I woke up refreshed! I didn’t eat the breakfast so I am unable to comment but the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Only 7-8 mins drive to charming downtown Nevada City and a little further is Grass Valley.

Located in Mather, Evergreen Lodge at Yosemite offers a heated outdoor pool and children's playground. There is a restaurant and bar and guests can have fun at the games room. Unreal facilities. Great bar. Staff were great. The location was tucked away in the wilderness for those looking for that kind of experience.
