Het is een prachtige, rustige plek. De bungalows zijn netjes en van alles voorzien. Het eten is lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt. Het was mijn verjaardag en het personeel was zelfs zo lief om een cadeautje te geven!

Lynh’s villa is a hidden gem- almost literally. you walk from the main road up a little alleyway past local houses, some of which look a little run down but when you enter into Lynh’s villa, it’s like a little pocket of paradise! beautiful reception/ dining area with many plants and gardens. Hotel is very clean, rooms have everything you need, bathroom with large shower, lovely little balcony overlooking the garden area. Family run hotel, staff very friendly and helpful- organised us to be picked up from our hotel in Hanoi and dropped off at their hotel. Also organised day cruise to Halong/ LAN ha bay which was amazing. Breakfast was home cooked to order- variety of choices. We also ate dinner at the hotel two nights- again varied menu and cooked fresh to order. Beautiful rooftop pool with sun loungers also.

Cat Ba Serena Homestay And Swimming Pool bevindt zich in Cat Ba, op 2 minuten lopen van Hospital Cave en 4,1 km van Cat Ba National Park. Serena Cat Ba is a wonderful place with beautiful rooms, and a great pool. What really makes it special is the owner, Viet, who truly takes care of everything for you. She gave excellent advice about the best beaches and arranged an amazing evening excursion where we saw glowing plankton. Viet also helped us immensely to make sure we left the island on time to catch our connection to Ha Long Bay

It was easy to arrive. The rooms and breakfast as advertised. All very clean. All the arrangements to explore Cat Ba Park were done with them, as any other activities. Pricing was good. Around the homestay there are 3 bars with food, and the bus to cat ba city is 5min walk.

I loved everything about this place, I could live here permanently, the whole place is brilliant and the hosts made it amazing! The location is perfect, not too far from the centre but just far enough, the food and drink, excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the best atmosphere, great vibe, family fun in the jungle, lovely outdoor pool, great dining and socialising area with a pool table, motorcycle hire, advice on trips and tours, absolutely recommend to anyone, from any country, we met some really cool guests too, 100% book it!

De ligging, buiten het centrum maar toch te voet haalbaar als je tijd hebt of met een taxi. Heel rustige zenomgeving. De ervaring na het ontbijt wanneer de eigenaar vertelt over de geschiedenis van Vietnam en het huis en je nadien kan oefenen met kaligrafie is geweldig! De huisdiertjes op het domein zijn ook echt sfeermakers.
