The bathroom has a separate toilet, separate wash basin area and another room with its own jacuzzi and sauna. Amazing! It was also a smoking room with a window that opened wide and breakfast was great too. And to top it all off the check out time is 3pm. Best hotel I stayed at in all of Japan and it was the lowest price of all of them. If staying in Himeji this is 100% the place to stay.

Just note this is technically a love hotel so it can be very awkward when you run into other couples on the elevator - which I must mention is only big enough for two people, and there is only one elevator. The desk staff is very sweet and will let you store your bags if you’re earlier than your check-in time. There’s room service available if you’d like to order drinks or food from a tablet in your room. As others have mentioned there is no room key and the room automatically locks. To leave the room, press 9 on your room phone and tell them your room number. To enter the room, press 9 on the phone at the desk and do the same. A small inconvenience for the nice tub and free stuff, so worth it in my opinion!
