We were a family of 4 on a 2-weeks long road trip across the Alps, and this was one of the best hotel we stayed during our trip. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant downstairs was not only convenient, but enjoyable as well. We wanted to visit the waterfalls, so the location was excellent, and there was ample space to park the car.

Set in the Ziller Valley, Hotel Neue Post is located in the centre of Mayrhofen. The spa area includes an indoor pool. The Zillertal Congress Europahaus is 100 metres away.

The rooftop pool is just amazing with a nice view. The whole hotel is very clean, spacious, well-equipped, the staff is very friendly. The wellness area is really nice, breakfast and dinner are very rich with many options. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location is quite remote, but we expect that and for us it was ok. Saunas/pools/rest areas/restaurant/room are splendid, very high level of standards. Surrounding area is ok for short walks, but we drove to Mayrhofen every day for sports and for distant walks.
