This is an overall 'brilliant hotel-chalet' situated in a very beautiful valley of the Vorarlberg State. We have been visiting a lot of family hotels, but this 'Berghaus Schröcken' is simply the best we have ever stayed in. Especially the people working there are so different to other hotels or resorts: they have a smile on their face and you can see that they love doing their job... It's definitely a great place to stay for a family wanting to spend some days in the Austrian Alps, doing some biking, discovering the great nature of the Bregenzerwald...

The whole experience from arrival to departure was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant for 3 evenings, the food was amazing, service was great, you get yummy cake in the bar everyday from 3pm. Room was comfortable. The owners were great, even helped us with our car, as our tyre had a slow puncture.
