A very unique concept. A B&B with self checkin/check out and no staff interaction. We had a booklet with every question answered and lots of helpful information. The Coco suite was lovely and quiet. There were 2 refrigerators in the dining room with a breakfast tray for our convenience. There were a couple of opportunities to commune with other guests. Overall a very enjoyable experience

Very friendly staff and helpful. Location is excellent. Breakfast is lovely. Room (we got an upgrade) is nice. Free parking is a bonus.

The house was so unique, like something out of a TV show. This heritage house is beautiful and charming, we loved the spacious kitchen the most as we made most of our dinners at the house. Lovely vibes, my dad loved the house so much he didn't want to leave LOL. The location is very central and it's easy to get from 1 place to another. I have shared this listing with my friends and family so they can experience the best stay in Launceston. Highly recommended!

We liked everything about the place. The apartment had top-level appliances and facilities. The free car parking in the CBD of Launceston was a bonus. It was I walking distance of the shopping precinct. If you are into craft breweries like I am, then there is an excellent around corner. Also had a park across the road and excellent restaurants very close.
