Over the past month, I’ve stayed in four different hotels in Ottawa, and this one is by far the best of the best. All the hotels I tried had ratings above 8.5 on Booking and the prices were about the same, but every single one of them turned out to be a disappointment — not clean enough, unhelpful staff, or an uncomfortable sofa bed for the kids. This apart-hotel, however, exceeded all my expectations. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well thought out. I can say with complete confidence that it truly deserves the title of “the best.” Highly recommended — everything was just perfect!
