The staff is very kind and professional, always ready to help in case of issues, and they will go the extra step to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The attention they provide is personalised to the client and that makes the experience unforgettable, hats off to them! The hotel itself is very cozy, mixing modern and ancient styles, and it is very clean. The breakfast was the best we've had in Georgia, the croissants are especially worth trying. The breakfast area turns into a restaurant in evening and, trust me, it will not disappoint either. The spa facilities comprise a sauna and a jacuzzi with lukewarm/warm water and it is privatised for you for one hour (need to arrange in advance). As for the studio in which we stayed, it offers breathtaking views of the Kazbegi mountains, is filled with all the required amenities and it has good soundproofing as well. The ceiling upstairs is actually quite high (about 185cm) so no issue to stand for most of us 😄

Just an amazing place! It's located far from Kazbegi Centre, far from any restaurants, shop, or groups of tourists - and that's Wonderfull! It's soooo quiet here, and the views are just stunning! The hotel is new and very clean, all the rooms have amazing views! They have good breakfast and a restaurant. This restaurant is the only place where you can eat, otherwise you have to take a taxi somewhere else(or have a really long walk). Restaurant isn't amazing, but it's okay. So if you want to get rested from the city - it is a perfect place to enjoy the silence and just breath and walk around.

The receptionist was very friendly and kind. Check in process was smooth. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite. The room was spacious and we had a beautiful view.

Thank u so much tamari for everything, you make our stay so nice, everything was good, service is more than 5 stars, pool, bath tub , breakfast was amazing, room was pretty good. Im a pilot and I’ve been in a 1 star to a 7 star hotel this is not a 5 stars is more like a 3 star overrated. The only nice thing about this property is the bar in the picture and the dogs with their puppies. The rest is very standard.

Super welcoming staff when we arrived and throughout the stay. Hotel was very modern, luxury and clean. Breakfast was gorgeous. An extensive fresh buffet selection includes freshly based, salads, fruits, meat & cheese and there is a live egg station also. All top quality food. The Indoor Pool and Outdoor Hot tub were a particular highlight, as were the views from the terraces off the restaurant and the bar.
