The best part of the hotel is the service. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and cater to every request. They coordinated all our transportation needs, and the driver they provided was phenomenal. We left them as if we were family. When we return to Mestia, there is no doubt we will stay there again because of the warm welcome and familiarity of the staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated. New. Modern. Comfortable. Centrally located. Great view from the terrace and the rooms. The rooms are spacious, well organised and the bed and pillows ard very comfortable. We had the Lux room and there was a huge bath tub.. The room was clean and the towels were very very nice. The Lahili hotel has a great restaurant. We had dinner there. Everything was delicious.

Great place, and a very nice and modern hotel. The rooms are fully equipped, there is even a workspace. The view from the balcony is amazing. The rooms are large and clean. Huge parking area on the grounds of the hotel. Great restaurant, excellent breakfasts. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their help and kindness at every meeting. We would love to return to this hotel, and would recommend it to everyone. 10/10 - best service and a great place for the money!

Fantastic new luxury cabin, simply wonderful, with top-notch hot water and heating, an exceptional location, a hydromassage tub and a bathroom with a top-notch shower! The owner even gave me a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. What can I say? I can only recommend it. Thanks, see you soon!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the hostess even waited for us during a very late check-in. Breakfast was tasty, and the location is excellent – nice view, large private parking, and just a short walk to Mestia center. The room was warm and cozy in autumn, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and fireplace in the lounge.
