The staff were absolutely exceptional. We arrived after a late flight and it was no problem to get us checked in, with excellent communication. We were also left a welcome gift as it was our honeymoon. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so helpful by providing tourist information, airport transfers and taxis to our next hotel in Cefalu.

Very good location, very close to the main walking street of Palermo, also teatro Massimo, very good furnitured rooms with high ceilling, a lot spice in the rooms and they have balconies, quiet area and one of the most important the host is very kind and try to help for the all guests requests! We are really sorry to spend there only one night and two days! Next time we would like to stay more night there and enjoy Palermo!!!

The room was clean and had a lovely small terrace. The food was fresh and outstanding with a good choice of wine. The staff were knowledgable about the wines as well as the ingredients of the food. The breakfast was also superb.

Everything! The team made our honeymoon exceptional! We were the first couple to try the wine tasting experience with Glenda that the hotel has started offering. We highly recommend this - some lovely Sicilian wines, instructions on how to taste and accompaning nibbles to accentuate. Deluxe room with Jacuzzi was cleaned every day and Domia boasts its own executive chef who creates new menus daily. This is a fabulous place!
