The nicest hotel we have ever stayed in - worth the money! Bath with hot springs on the balcony was wonderful, big enough with two people. We got the room with Fuji view and were lucky enough to get the clear skies during the whole weekend. There is free pick up from the bus stop/ropeway station so you don't need to come by car even though the location is a bit secluded. The dinner and breakfast were a separate experience - we don't love Japanese food but I must admit it was very cool.

The room was amazing. I was a bit nervous about sleeping in a futon bed, but it was so comfortable. I slept very well. The room was already made up when I arrived and it was so very luxurious and peaceful. Everything from the private bath, to the bar (with footbath), to the bathroom was impecable!
