The hotel location was central of George town main streets and excellent. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff gave us a very detailed introduction to sightseeing in Penang. In addition to that, they prepared a packed lunch box for breakfast since they knew that we would depart early in the morning the next day as well as they sent our parcel at the post office, which was not originally included in hotel service. They also handled the early morning airport drop off for us.

Great staff, amazing breakfast buffet and pool, location is nice on the beach but no swimming due to jellyfish. Close to National Park and many little stores and restaurants. Nice big bathtub.

The location is very good we can go by walking everywhere. Even if because of the heat we took the grab 😀 The pool and the view is amazing, the people are very kind. The room is big. They don't have breakfast but they have a bus to take us to 7 different places in the town ( you can choose at the lobby) to taste local foods. Very nice experience
