This is a lovely place, tucked into a beautiful garden. The house comes with all amenities you wish for. Everything is provided, even a small personalized welcome card. We enjoyed very much the spacious house, with a very cozy atmosphere, comfy beds and and also loved sitting on the terrace, watching a hedgehog visiting us as well as a frog, and listening to the birds. The landlords are super friendly and even shipped us our hairdryer which we left in the bathroom. The city center is in short walkable distance as well as the forest. This is truly a place where you can relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in center of lovely town, with everything you could possible want. We had the ground floor suite which was still very quiet. Walked out to find the market had set up just steps away. Super easy online check in. Bed, shower, towels and sitting area all top notch. Will be returning for longer stay as apartment has washing machine and dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen making it truly vacation usable.

Absolutely lovely city home in a fantastic location. It's a great base to explore Alkmaar and the surrounding area from. Cooking facilities are great and comfortable and the hosts are very communicative and friendly. We had a wonderful time staying here and would happily recommend it to friends and family.
