The hotel was worth EVERY climb of the steep hill!!! We felt right at home from the start and the staff made a lot of effort to make our stay special and memorable. Situated inbetween the students the local pub across the road is splendid for a glass of lovely wine or a beer on tap. We slept like a log: comfortable beds and quiet rooms. From our welcome drinks to the personal touch breakfast basket -- everything was a treat! Thank you for your hospitality.

Every staff member at the beautiful hotel are fantastic. They are all friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful with any request. The room was large and extremely quiet, even though there seemed to be plenty of guests. The food and wine was amazing

Perfect for couples as they have the jacuzzi in the room and bring a breakfast basket. You get a drink on arrival and I was so happy to receive a bottle of Prosecco and cake as I was there on my birthday! Great location as everything is walkable.
