The apartment was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a great location. The gardens and pool are extremely well maintained and are the perfect place to relax. Communication with both the owner and the property manager was excellent. We had seen reviews that the apartment overlooks the car park, it in fact overlooks the access road but there was very little traffic and this did not impact on our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment!

We had an outstanding stay. The room was recently renovated with great amenities, it had a super comfortable bed (on the firm side) and it was very clean. Breakfast had great variety and it was delicious, including premium coffee. To top it off, staff was most kind and generous with their time and advice. Plus, location is incredible, on a quiet little street within a short walking distance from a metro station (only 2-3 stations away from the action!) I would recommend this place to anyone. Overall value is outstanding.

I was visiting for business, and the location couldn’t have been better. The hotel is situated on a quiet street with tram tracks, so it's peaceful and free from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Yet, it’s just a short walk from all the major attractions and central points in the city. Perfect balance! The service at the hotel was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the staff was impeccable, always ready to help with anything, big or small. As for the breakfast—luxury! The spread is worth every penny. All the ingredients are top-quality. Fresh fruits like kiwi, oranges, pineapple, melon, and papaya are on offer, and the cold appetizers include fresh salmon and other premium selections. It’s a perfect start to the day. Now, the room: in my standard room, I had two large windows and a high ceiling (around 3.5 meters), which made the space feel vast and airy. The bed was enormous—truly a King-size—and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the daily supply of complimentary water to the in-room, coffee machine with pods. I have long hair, and I usually bring my own shampoo and conditioner when I travel, but the products here were from a renowned French brand—top quality, so I didn’t need to use my own. The bathroom amenities were all excellent. The room also offered ample space to work. I set up my laptop by the window, enjoying coffee in a comfortable chair—perfect for the times I needed to catch up on work. The hotel’s restaurant, Sebastiao, deserves special mention. Don’t even bother looking for alternatives! In Lisbon’s city center, there are always people trying to lure you into restaurants with promises of great deals, but I can’t imagine a better dining experience than at Sebastiao. The food is a delightful blend of traditional Portuguese dishes and fusion cuisine, all made with exceptional quality ingredients. Plus, there’s l jazz music to set the mood, making it a great spot for a business dinner!!!

Everything!! The location was very convenient and easy accessible. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel even though offers only Continental breakfast it was very delicious and rich. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Last but not least the complimentary candy buffet at the reception was a nice surprise for us.

What a stay! Sometimes you don't want to tell your discoveries, to keep it for yourself. But this one needs to be shared. A magic luxery boutique hotel, on the border or Estoril and Cascais. You enter a world of history but with a contempory atmosphere. Staff is excellent and gives you a feeling of being home with kindness, friendly talks and classy suggestions for restaurants and visits. Also the restaurant in the hotel where breakfast, lunch and diner is served is Michelin worthy.
