Prior to staying at this property, we had stayed in two 5stars hotel in London, this hotel had beaten them in all aspects. Kudos to the owner and staffs. Special mention on 3 staffs namely Romeo, Angelo and Daniel. Never had experience the cleanliness and sanitising of the hotel daily and has a wonderful experience.Also not forgetting the chef, must try their Seafood spaghetti, the best ever. Staffs had been a great 👍 asset to the hotel. I have 38 years of experience in Sales and Service. My credentials are good enough to appraise. Location is superb.
